PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Wind and Willow Home LLC is looking for a bright, friendly and highly detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as PRODUCTION ASSISTANT. The ideal candidate must be excited to work in a creative environment, have excellent organizational skills, enjoy working with hands and be willing to perform a variety of different tasks each day. This is not a desk job!

*This position is an integral part of the Wind & Willow Home team. As our team grows there will be high potential for growth within the company, for the right person.

Responsibilities Include

• Learning and mastering production techniques proprietary to Wind & Willow Home LLC
• Unpacking product shipments and performing quality control checks
• Prepping product for production, including cleaning and sanding
• Monitoring general supply and product inventory volumes to identify re-order needs
• Keeping studio clean and organized
• Packaging and shipping finished product
• Assisting with building studio installations
• Other tasks as assigned

Additional Information

• This is a part time position up to 15 hours per week to start
• Pay $10/hour with high potential for a pay increase after 90 days
• Availability Monday.-Thursday 9am-4pm
• Must be available on an occasional week night or Saturday for special events.
• Must be able to transport yourself to the studio in the Tangletown neighborhood of South Minneapolis
• Must be organized
• Must bee a self-starter, liking to exceed expectations
• Experience with social media, Blogs, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram a plus but not necessary.
